About Lauren
Lauren is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Practitioner. She has completed over a thousand hours of training at Healing Hands Massage School in Laguna Hills. She has also completed a thirteen-month Clairvoyant Intuitive program and a nine-month vibrational healing program and is in the process of finishing a 9-monthchannelingg program through My Sacred Connections under Lori Camacho.
Lauren is trained in massage therapy, bodywork, holistic health, sound healing, reiki and multidimensional healing.
She is also a trained singer, dancer, actress and circus artist.
Her passions include healing, plants and performing arts.
When she started at massage school in 2006 she met her first teacher, reiki master faun parliman. After she got her Holistic health and massage license she continued to study with Faun and became a Reiki master. Doors kept opening for her to continue to learn different healing modalities eventually being drawn to Peruvian healing traditions. She frequently travels to both the mountains and jungle of Peru to learn and study with her sacred plant teachers and continue to open her heart.
She created her unique way of working after a client told her that her massage is not just massage it is art. “You are dancing.”

Massage:
Lauren has trained in Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Tui Na and Neuromuscular Therapy. As well as eastern modalities that focus on the energetic meridians of the body and acupressure points. Her massages are intuitive and meditative. They maximize the body’s natural healing mechanisms.
Readings
Readings with Lauren can be done in person or over the phone. It is normal to feel a little nervous the first time you recieve a reading, it will dispearse once the session begins. Readings vary for each individual depending on what is needed. They help you discover what is blocking you from reaching your highest potential. As well as provide information and spiritual support that can be useful for moving forward into the life you have envisioned for yourself. It is normal and natural for us to want more for ourselves. Whether it’s abundance, romance, career, health, family or relationship centered; the commanality is, there is allways more room for expansion and growth in our lives. Attaining the life we desire for ourselves is a fun rewarding process that gives us a sense of fufillement, as well as a more heart centered-peaceful life with less distractions, frustrations and uneeded stress!!
Healings
Healings with Lauren can be done in person or over the phone. They begin with a disscussion of what’s occuring in your life and a short reading. Then I will have you lie down while I work with your higherself, unseen friends and angels to facilitate a flow of focused healing energy. Healings work just as effectively in person as they do from afar. It is said that blockages create disease and discomfort in the body; this is not limited to the physical. During the healing we will release old patterns, belief systems and emotional blockages that are creating disease or discomfort in your life. Healings are a powerful way to transform your life and create more self- love, self-forgivness and self -nurturance.
